Lucy is a new worker at the ward office, essentially a public service office. Her sole reason for working there is to find the social worker that approved the name on her birth certificate, Lucy Kimiko Akie Airi Shiori Rinne Yoshiho Ayano Tomika Chitose Sanae Mikiko Ichika Yamagami, and get revenge on them for allowing such a ridiculous name. We get to see Lucy, Saya, Hasabe and others at the office interact both inside the office and outside, with some pretty hilarious results at times.

I regret that I cannot say much about the show without spoiling the plot, but it is totally worth watching. Throughout the 13 episodes we meet new characters and learn more and more about each person. The show has pretty mild plot development as the primary plot is Lucy trying to find the person who allowed her name on the birth certificate. But there are many sub-plots which develop throughout the show, a few romantic relationships as well as interpersonal relationships between the various employees and people who visit the office.

The show also has really good character development. We learn a little more about each character in nearly every episode. Sometimes what we learn is just a confirmation of you already suspect, and other times it is a bit of a surprise as it is brand new info that they never even hinted at. The comedy in the show is really good too. In truth, it reminds me a lot of the place I work. People chasing each other in the office at my own workplace is not unheard of, and by chasing I mean literally running after each other. There were many episodes that had me laughing out loud at the antics of the various folks in the show.

The show was also completely clean. I believe the only even vaguely shady scene was between two of the dating co-workers in the storage room. The girl is trying to make him uncomfortable and starts to unbutton her blouse. After a very brief glimpse of the very top edge of her bra they cut to a view from behind her and then a few seconds later they are interrupted and she buttons up off-screen. Anyway I highly recommend the show if you are looking for clean comedy, especially if you work in a relaxed environment where you can relate to the antics.
